Must have Bachelors degree, preferred Masters degree. Must have ten (10) years experience in logistics, maintenance and scheduling. Must have fifteen (15) years experience in personnel management. Must be experienced in computer operation to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Access. Knowledgeable STAMIS system which includes but not limited to ALIMS, SAMS, SARSS, SAAS, and other Logistics Automation Systems. Excellent communication skills are required (written and verbal). Must understand and be able to use Technical Manuals. Must have 15 Years supervisory experience.
