Demonstrated ability to analyze and provide effective problem solving of functional area requirements, assessing whether standard functionality can be used and identifying reasonable custom solutions where needed.
5. Supply Chain functional industry experience required. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferably in Supply Chain Management or related field.
6. Experience in at least 3 of the following areas: master data as it relates to logistics (customer and materials), drop shipments, WM and IM implementation experience, batch management and serial number tracking, dangerous goods, subcontracting, 3rd party, warehouse interfaces, export and inter-company, returns, logistics user exits.
7. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
8. Self motivated and well organized.
9. Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration expertise with significant experience in taking a leadership role in team or project activities. Leadership ability involving small multi-disciplinary international teams to solve critical production issues and quickly turn around enhancement requests.
10. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver with quality.
11. Ability to work well in a team establishing good working relationships with peers.
12. Strong problem solving and analysis skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Knowledge of the life sciences industry, ERP/SAP data/application knowledge, business information reporting skills, analytical skills, communication skills, and maintenance/support skills.
2. Proven ability to research and assess potential SAP solutions in support of new business requirements.
3. SAP certification.
