Description:
Description FLRC Supply Manager - Provides on-site, supply management and oversight for the FLRC. Overall responsible for coordinating and executing the supply related tasks as outlined in the Government Task Order Response (TOR) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) - while under the supervision of the Stanley on-site Assistant Project Manager (APM). Specific Duties: Provide direction, guidance and leadership for all FLRC supply related activities; Manage and supervise supply actions in support of FLRC operations; Supply storage, inventory, accountability, cataloging, preservation and packaging of materials, utilization and disposition of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), administrative supplies, and the order and receipt of CL II, III (P), and CL IX supplies; Ensures completion of assigned tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints; Schedules and assigns supply related duties to subordinates and subcontractors - ensures assignments are completed as directed and to standard; Enforces supply work standards to ensure FLRC activities are in compliance with contract requirements and government regulations; Monitors safety in the workplace to ensure activities and employees are in compliance with regulatory requirements; Reports to the on-site PM and Interfaces with the Government FLRC Management personnel; Conducts business practices to ensure supply requirements are met; Supervises and manages the daily supply reports associated with FLRC operations. Includes utilization of business/computer systems and government STAMIS systems; Optimizes planning, operations, and resources to ensure maximum supply capability is attained; Provide written and oral reports to the PM and COR - including 100% inventory reports, accountability spot check reports, automation reports, supply activity and transaction projections and reports. Qualifications Associates Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years directly related work experience required.Additional Requirements: Ability to successfully complete the Stanley Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment. Ability to travel up to 25% or less. Supply accountability experience at the Division, Corps, or higher level; Familiarity with Army Field Sustainment Brigade/Battalion (AFSB), Distribution Management Team (DMT) and Logistics Support Element (LSE) operations; Understanding of Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN) processes; Experience with Army Supply STAMIS systems; Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Outlook) Work schedule must be flexible in order to manage supply operations that ensure mission accomplishment; Material Handling Equipment (MHE) License (i.e., forklift) Preferred: An BS degree in Business, Purchasing, or Logistics Management; former Sr. NCO or CWO with Supply, Warehouse and Property Book management background is desirable; Logistics and Supply Management certifications/qualifications desired; Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training or certification.
