Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures (including enforcement of such). Responsible for hiring, training, evaluating, delegating responsibilities, coaching and terminating employees to ensure the appropriate number of qualified, capable, motivated staff and equipment are in place. The position of COO is a salaried position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week and may regularly require 50, 60 or more hours per week. The COO is expected to carry out and complete his or her daily workload during regular business hours as necessary to interact with other business entities.
