  The Logistic Support Representative (LSR) will provide inventory management and control for the Boeing Millville Modification Center. The LSR is required to manage the Boeing and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) necessary to support the installation of Modification Work Orders and the single supply-point hub. The LSR will be required to ship, receive and store company and government owned equipment. The LSR shall be responsible for the secure storage of classified and communications security (COMSEC) GFE in compliance with US Government and Boeing security requirements. The LSR shall be responsible for managing and issuing the GFE back to the aircraft prior to returning custodial responsibility to the Customer.The LSR must be familiar with the shipment, issue and storage of hazardous materials (HAZMAT).The LSR will be familiar with Boeing and Government import and export regulations.The LSR, upon kit receipt, shall inventory and manage the kits required to complete this modification work order (MWO) effort. Once inventoried, the LSR must immediately notify Program Management of any discrepancy between the received MWO kit and Bill of Material on the MWO instructions.The LSR shall coordinate with asset management for the delivery and replenishment of any required consumable material not provided in the kits. The LSR will provide inventory and status reports to Program Management when requested.The LSR shall be responsible for receiving, managing, inventorying, and issuing of the PLL, fly-away kits, and other Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). The LSR shall also coordinate all replenishment items, ordering requirements, the Base-to-Base transportation of the fly-away kits, and the replenishment of PLL items and other GFE. The LSR will support the Boeing Millville Site Manager and is responsible for procuring office supplies and other necessities for sustaining on-site operations. The LSR shall provide day-to-day guidance and direction to the Part Expediters in support of the completion of the required MWOs, the receipt or delivery of aircraft, or shipping and receiving supply point material. Coordinates activities to support provisioning and program product deliverables. Negotiates, administers and monitors program plans to ensure delivery of parts, services and technical data packages. Maintains accurate inventory control of assets and monitors customer requirements/inquiries. Analyzes data to determine inventory change requirements. Leads process improvement activities and performs root cause analysis for inventory processes. Leads customer inventory issues to support Boeing requirements. Develops new processes and/or solutions for inventory management and control. Analyzes information and coordinates with others to determine maintenance, repair and/or corrective action. Investigates repair, rework or configuration management for optional solutions to support emergent supply chain requirements. Interacts with external customers and internal organizations to facilitate logistics requirements. Incorporates data to determine inventory change requirements.Investigates feasibility repair/overhaul, reviews applicability of warranties to allocate costs and coordinates and documents movement of assets and components through the repair cycle. Works under minimal direction.
