We are a Certified Women's Business Enterprise #4137by the State of Oregon and earned recognition as a Top 50 Women-OwnedBusinesses, 2005-2007, in the Portland Metropolitan area by thePortland Business Journal and Top Staffing Firms, 2008. We take great pride in our commitment toengage top talent for temporary assignments and offer employee benefitsin which we pay the employee monthly premium costs of medical andprescription coverage for employees who work an average of 30 hours ormore per week.  Employees also receive an excellent supplemental dental program.  Benefits are effective the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.ANALYST:  INVENTORY / PRODUCTION / SUPPLY CHAINIdeal temporary employee will meet ALL requirements and desired experience.   Temporary Inventory Analyst needed for assignment with estimated duration of 4 weeks minimum, position may be extended.   REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree OR combined experience and education minimum 4 years as Inventory Analyst / Supply Chain Analyst roleAdvanced Excel and Access skills, experienced in exporting data, technical ability to quickly learn ERPExperience managing wide array of inventory and supplies, monitoring inventory levels, demand forecasting, determining run quantities and need-by dates, management of annual physical inventory, and data analysis.  Logical critical thinking skills, analytical forecasting and basic math skills, sound  decision making abilitiesMotivated, organized, and detail oriented professionalEffective relationship builder, consistent interface with production, inventory, procurement and financeSkilled communicator and demonstrated email effectiveness, exemplary verbal and written correspondenceProblem-solving and decision-making skills, detail and organized, time managementUnderstanding of the time-value of money, obsolescence, carrying costs, and warehouse space issues; weighing those issues against turn-times and quantity price breaksOperate independently in a team environment, practice professional courtesy in the workplacePrevious inventory, purchasing, production planning/scheduling, accounting, or shipping experience desired JOB SCOPE: Understand and report the financial impacts of supply chain processesProvide inventory analysis, including demand trends, sales forecasts and marketing effortsInterdepartmental communication and reportingCoordinate and manage annual physical inventory as well as interim cycle countsManage inventory levels Analyze and monitor inventory obsolescence according to prescribed policies, warehouse space and production lead-time requirementsDaily use of advanced PC skillsDevelop information and analysis and determine run quantities and need-by datesOrganizing and filing documents and reference material; acting as a primary contact for Customer Service for questions regarding due dates, pricing, discounts, titles, etc. Education/Experience Requirements: ·  3-5 years in a relevant business environment ·  Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance desired Qualified applicants please submit MS Word resumes online or email:   Vaughna S.
