Job Title: Procurement Analyst Company: Volt Workforce Solutions Location: Tulsa, OK Description: This person will perform various duties to support the supplier management and procurement processes, including self governance or compliance, process performance, measurement and improvement, and supply-base management and optimization. Develops, manages, and reports on compliance with supplier management and procurement policies and procedures, company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identifies and implements improvements to processes. Maintains and enhances supplier performance rating systems. Develops and maintains performance reports on such areas as metrics. Implements initiatives to optimize the supplier base. Interfaces with other supplier management and procurement personnel, customers, suppliers, company legal advisors, and government agencies. Knowledge of supplier management and procurement systems, processes, and supply chain management. Ability to apply analytical skills to facilitate improvements in processes/performance of internal organizations and external suppliers. Job Title: Logistics Analyst, Senior Company: Booz Allen Hamilton Location: Oklahoma City, OK Description: Key Role:Serve as the primary Organizational Change Management (OCM) consultant at Oklahoma Air Logistics Center on Tinker Air Force Base and subordinate installations, in support of the Air Force Logistics Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) effort, the Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS). Liaise between installation leadership and the systems integrator Team CSC and build professional, credible relationships with Air Logistics Center and Installation leadership to facilitate effective change management activities as the Field Agent (FA). Conduct initial and periodic follow-on site visits to approximately 8-10 installations within the regional Area of Responsibility (AOR), including OK, KS, AR, and MS. Collect installation baseline data, identify catalysts for positive change among stakeholder populations, special groups, associations, informal leaders and subject matter experts primarily within the Air Forces Logistics community. Coordinate and conduct change management activities with the support of team CSCs OCM work streams, gather process change data at AF installations, and report activities respective to an AOR to team consultants and the government client. Provide timely and accurate advice regarding ECSS and ERP activities, objectives, and progress. Execute a standard OCM methodology to assess climate change and provide feedback to senior stakeholders on the readiness of the location for successful ECSS implementation.
