Analyst positions require a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field. Senior Financial Analyst positions require a minimum of 5-7 years relevant business experience. Candidates must also have the ability to effectively present information to large groups, have experience in interacting with multiple levels of management both verbally and in writing, be proficient in the use of computer-based financial analysis and planning tools, and demonstrate excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and database management and planning tools and concepts is also required.
