Identifies, evaluates, & implements sourcing strategies & new potential terminals. Identifies & manages site specific projects. Identifies & implements network redesign & vendor changes to improve performance. Cooperates with sales field to identify & lead joint improvement efforts. Fosters relationships with key vendors/suppliers/customers; collaborates on CPI initiatives. Works on new customer set-ups & new accounts. Manages supplier performance. Works with Divisional management to audit customer sites. Meets service level agreements. Investigates & resolves customer complaints. Monitors & approves all detention. Investigates off-loading detention issues at customer sites. Identifies & improves inconsistent ordering patterns by account. Communicates openly with peers in Logistics, Manufacturing, & other Ecolab functions. Coordinates with coworkers, peers & customers to solve internal & external issues. Complies with EHS & Regulatory standards. Leads safety program & provides safe working environment. Maintains driver safety program, ensuring all drivers hauling Ecolab bulk loads are certified, conducting and/or delegating training duties, reporting metrics & updating documentation as needed. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Materials Management, Chem E, Mech E, Chemistry, Biology, or Math degree. No immigration sponsorship offered.
