The RLC will be responsible for representing Yellowbook to public agencies, associations, and customers both in-person and via alternate communication methods. Through their contact, they will identify recycling initiatives by market and maintain the integrity of the information within the recycling database. The RLC is accountable for making direct contact, in a variety of methods, to communities to communicate information including, but not limited to positively promoting Yellowbook's recycling efforts, provide upcoming delivery dates, introducing the local market manager and providing their contact information, detailing Yellowbook's opt out process, verifying recycling details.
