Individual will possess a minimum of five (5) years of preventive/corrective weapons maintenance experience and a minimum of three (3) years experience with ammunition and weapons management environment. Possess the motivation and ability to research directives, regulations, and policies to determine solutions to problems, issues, and concerns. Reviews and analyzes the monthly Unit Status Reports submitted identifying trends, researching problem areas, identifying solutions and initiating actions to improve the command readiness posture. Provides guidance and assistance to reporting units, recommending redistribution actions, verifying equipment authorizations and assisting supply and maintenance managers. Develops computer databases. Briefs the Command Group regularly on the status of USARPAC logistics readiness. Serves as the command action officer for implementation and interpretation of regulations. Manages the Command Logistics Review Program. Schedules and conducts the periodic Command Logistic Review Team (CLRT) visits to subordinate commands. May represent the Branch at meetings with other staff offices in formulating basic and overall policies.
