Functions a staffing specialist at the directorate level responsible for developing mobilization plans; analyzing and recommending funding levels, manpower and materiel requirements; and evaluating the effectiveness of a variety of projects, programs, and processes relating to logistics management, organizational modernization, and mobilization. This is an Army Acquisition and Technology Workforce position. This position is covered by the Civilian Drug Abuse Testing Program. This position is covered by the 1996 Lautenberg Amendment to the Gun Control Act of 1968. This is a Career Program 33 position. Pre-employment and annual medical examinations required.
