Also fields customer calls, works to resolve daily issues, and verifies FDA documentation as needed, while providing outstanding customer service.Applicants must be able to work well both independently and as part of a group in a fast-paced environment. We seek an individual who possesses excellent communication and analytical skills as well as computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. He/She must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays and work a rotating 4-3 schedule. Operates various standard office machines with accuracy and dexterity. Performs basic mathematical computations (percentages, extended costs, etc.) with accuracy and exactness.
