Required to drive Company vehicles which include a van and/or a twenty-six foot box truck. Provide Direct support on a daily basis for Clinical and Medical affairs through the securing and resupplying of lab testing materials required by trial sites. Receive, store, and deliver all incoming materials per receiving SOP, including the prioritizing of lot controlled material from non-lot controlled to support manufacturing, and lab personnel. Strict adherence to all company safety procedures, including the use of PPE where required. Communicate with facilities personnel on weekly process gas needs that directly support manufacturing and laboratory operations, and order requested material. Maintain the warehouse and associated areas in in inspection ready state at all times. Perform cycle counts on weekly basis to maintain accurate inventory levels, to support manufacturing operations. Monitor all assigned chart recorders daily and change all paper charts when required. Ensure shipping containers for controlled temperature shipments are readily available. Respond to departmental emergencies during off hours at the direction of the supervisor.
