We are currently recruiting for an Operations Supervisor for our Warehouse operations… JobSummary The Operations Supervisor position is responsible for supervising all daily operations of the center in the most cost effective and customer satisfying manner by leading and coaching a high performance team and complying with federal, state and Iron Mountain regulations. EssentialFunctions Supervising and assigning specific responsibilities to all Operations personnel, which include work assignments and account processing activities, and other duties, as required by the needs of the branch and the customer base. Ensure that the branch provides excellent internal and external customer service. Providing relief coverage for operational duties when employees utilize time-off or are absent from the shift. Managing department performance through motivation, monitoring and coaching. Monitoring employee attendance, productivity, and other performance markers and providing counseling to employees, as needed. Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ANDABILITIES HighSchool Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, operations or service-related environment. Computer proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to complete paperwork in English accurately and completely, understand the importance of detail and accuracy. Strong customer service, ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner and demonstrate understanding for the importance and value of customers. You must have a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to pass pre-employment drug testing and a background investigation as a condition of employment.
