Primary duties and responsibilities include: • Work with Distribution Manager to plan projects, including timelines, staff, and cost quotes. • Works closely with the staff to ensure that all shipments are delivered on-time, undamaged and with a high fill rate. • Lead and motivate Distribution Associates to deliver high levels of productivity and quality. • Will manage ISO9001 documentation and daily/weekly shipping performance measurements. • Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures related to safety of employees. • Ensure warehouse is in compliance with all state and federal laws (OSHA). The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities.
