652 Job Description The Warehouse Manager will will manage and direct all distribution functions in Milwaukee, WI.   The position will include budgetary management, labor scheduling, day to day operations, order management and proper handling / rotation of inventories.  Required Skills Key Responsibilities: Manage / direct all distribution / warehouse activities along with the day to day operations of a Distribution Center(DC) to meet the needs of the business. Full implementation of the SAP Warehouse Management System. Management of supervisor staff, warehouse clerks and supervision of union labor employees at the DC.  Scheduling of labor to maximize productivities and manage to volume fluctuations.  Management of functional activities inside the DC to include receiving, shipping, put away, case picking, pallet picking, inventory control, inventory rotation and trailer yard activities. Identify and implement opportunities to improve current methods utilized in the DC and implement tools available in SAP WM to improve processes. Implementation and management of productivity standards and operational procedures to meet needs of business. Proficient usage of PC’s and software programs.
