Job Title: Warehouse Manager Company: Location: Salt Lake City, UT Description: Candidate should have prior warehouse knowledge and experience working with parts and supplies. Knowledge of industrial parts and supplies would be a great asset. Candidate would be managing 2-4 people and handling shipping logistics, receiving, composing delivery schedules, and dealing with dispatch. Candidate will need to manage workload to make sure materials and resources are use efficiently. Candidate would have a background in inventory management and would be able to use MS Office systems, as well as client work systems, to manage workflow and inventory cycles. Candidate would need to have a sense of ownership and references which would verify these skill sets. We are a growing e-commerce business with over 2 years of business growth, and we specialize in parenting and childhood products. We are looking to fill a warehouse manager position for our Salt Lake City warehouse location. Primary responsibilities of this position include leading the warehouse and inventory aspects of our business, and are responsible for on-time shipments, maintaining accurate inventory and reporting of any irregularities. To achieve this, they manage people, processes and systems. They ensure productivity targets are met and maintain any required administration and/or automated storage and retrieval systems. They ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building, employees while on the clock, and stock. Key to this role is central accountability to ensure that all warehouse team members and company management are aware of the daily performance of the order fulfillment process.
