Essential Duties: Maintain inventory levels based on current workload and tech capacity. Order all DirecTV and small parts with your Manager. Pull & invoice all requisitions from the technicians and sub partners. Manage all shipments to MDU tech's and build outs. Reconcile all IRD's and construction material shipped to contractors and Multiband offices against activations and build outs to ensure full cycle accountability and correct project costing. Perform weekly cycle counts and maintain a 99.1% or above inventory accuracy. Issue and return all inventoried items in AERO to maintain current system on hand balances. Process and return all RMA/DOB boxes to Jabil once a week. Manage the warehouse employee overtime, all overtime must be approved by the Regional Logistics Manager. Perform monthly and quarterly physical inventories. Instructions on the EOM & EOQ inventories are sent out monthly. **Duties are subject to change monthly** Unload and receive all DirecTV and small parts orders as they come in from a vendor. Fax all packing slips to corporate the day the product is received into the warehouse. The Distribution Manager has full responsibility for the daily warehouse operations which can cross two shifts at the peak season. The Manager is responsible for establishing and adhering to the operational procedures and measurements. The Manager will be accountable for measuring and monitoring all activities including shipping statistics, receiving, stock rotation, replenishment, outbound shipments, customer pick-ups, warehouse transfers, housekeeping, and inventory integrity.
