Job Title: Warehouse Distribution Manager Company: Location: Toledo, OH Description: The Distribution Manager has full responsibility for the daily warehouse operations which can cross two shifts at the peak season. The Manager is responsible for establishing and adhering to the operational procedures and measurements. The Manager will be accountable for measuring and monitoring all activities including shipping statistics, receiving, stock rotation, replenishment, outbound shipments, customer pick-ups, warehouse transfers, housekeeping, and inventory integrity. The Manager will be directly responsible for managing the team members to promote productivity, teamwork and communication among all material handlers and ultimately providing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Ensures, executes and enforces standardized procedures for operating and managing the inbound and outbound functions of the warehouse. Interacts with the team members on a constant and daily basis. Acts as a floor General. Coordination and communication between the two shifts in the peak season is imperative.
