Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills a must. Strong process documentation, procedure and QA/QC background required. Detail oriented; strong organizational and time management skills needed. Must have the ability to establish priorities and multi-task. Demonstrated ability to develop an effective training and development program. Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures and policies. Ability to operate and drive various types of forklifts.
