Transfer food and beverage items to concession stands in accordance with Savor? policies and procedures ? Direct storage, preparation and service of concessions merchandise ? Conducts scheduled monthly inventory, maintains perpetual inventory with all necessary reports ? Responsible for all phases of the concessions operation, staffing, stand inventory, opening and closing procedures, cleanliness and restock. ?
