POSITION SUMMARY This position oversees all Warehouse Operations and Concessions events. This position will also oversee Banquets in the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES ? Receive ordered goods and ensure order agrees to receiving report ? Transfer food and beverage items to concession stands in accordance with Savor? policies and procedures ? Direct storage, preparation and service of concessions merchandise ? Conducts scheduled monthly inventory, maintains perpetual inventory with all necessary reports ?
