Garda is seeking a proven top sales executive experienced in growing revenue with targeted Tier 1 and 2 financial institutions. The position may be located in any major U.S. city. Knowledge of transportation, ATM, deposit processing and current trends with Check 21 and FRB’s currency recirculation is a plus. You are responsible for: This position’s primary focus is on strategic business development of assigned Financial Institutions developing tactical goals that achieve new profitable growth, prevention of RFPs, rate increases, pain/solution identification and regaining lost business. VP is responsible for creating value through the thoughtful and proactive application of solutions that clearly demonstrate the link between Garda’s products/suite of services and the business drivers or needs. Core to the position will be to fully understand how Garda’s innovative solutions create value through a fully integrated use of the company’s products and services. This position requires building relationships with business owners of various bank departments that include, branch, treasury, security, CVS and ATMs at senior level positions. The position collaborates with appropriate personnel of the Garda organization to ensure infrastructure and readiness is consistent with profitable pricing for services. Our requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of selling services to financial institutions or corporate treasury officers of all sizes required with proven methods to accelerate a long sales cycle. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a tenacious self-starter with a strong sales presence and personality; demonstrated researching and presentation abilities; and superior interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to sell service value over lower price is highly desirable. Should possess a high proficiency with Microsoft Office, Internet navigation and CRM applications.
