This involves receiving incoming service calls from Provado's clients, creating service tickets based on the client's request, and distributing service tickets to Technical Engineers according to staff availability and ticket priority. The Dispatcher will also be responsible for product ordering and returns, shipping and receiving, and various projects as assigned by management.
