Position Summary This strategic position reports directly to the Director Strategic Sourcing and is responsible for purchases for equipment, services and machines. The person will lead the strategic sourcing process by assessing the opportunity, developing a strategy, negotiating, and managing the ongoing performance. This person will be responsible for initiatives that reach across the entire enterprise while identifying and prioritizing opportunities. This person in this position is expected to meet goals to support Malt-O-Meal growth and cost strategies by conducting continuous improvement initiatives with focus on suppliers on quality, service, cost and performance.
