The preferred applicant will also possess expertise in the use and application of ISD) principles specified in AFPD 36-22, AFMAN 36-2234, and AFMAN 36-2236. Primary Responsibilities will include:• Development, documentation, implementation, and delivery of lesson plans IAW ISD requirements. This work will include publication and maintenance of core curriculum documents for students as well as lesson plans.• After initial course publication, candidates will update, deliver, and maintain the IDO lesson plans and student reference material.• Continually evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of the IDO course material.
