The candidate will specifically work with a military-contractor team responsible for the development, delivery, and management of a 5-day Installation Deployment Officer Course (IDOC). The contractor will work in close coordination with the ECS Division Chief to educate and train logistic readiness officers to direct, control and coordinate the installation deployment of War Reserve Materiel (WRM), equipment, cargo, and personnel. This 40-block course of instruction will focus on IDO roles and responsibilities, the roles and responsibilities of all wing-level functions that play a part in deployments, operational-level planning as it relates to the IDO, AFI 10-401, and AFI 10-403. The preferred applicant will also possess expertise in the use and application of ISD) principles specified in AFPD 36-22, AFMAN 36-2234, and AFMAN 36-2236. Primary Responsibilities will include:• Development, documentation, implementation, and delivery of lesson plans IAW ISD requirements. This work will include publication and maintenance of core curriculum documents for students as well as lesson plans.• After initial course publication, candidates will update, deliver, and maintain the IDO lesson plans and student reference material.• Continually evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of the IDO course material.
