· Proficient knowledge of automated systems (SAP, ABI, ACE) Required

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Implement standard processes for imports in alignment with U.S. Customs regulations.
· Perform pre and post entry audits; facilitate clearance with U.S. Customs Brokers; ensure proper HTS classification; verify other agency information.
· Provides customer service and support; resolves problems, and promotes company products and services.
· Responds to complex inquiries and/or requests regarding products and/or services.
· Serves customers by providing complex information while providing efficient and courteous service.
· Completes investigations and resolves complex problems.
· Performs order tracking, price quoting, and scheduling.
· Performs all of the standard and some specialized and complex aspects within area of specialization.
· Applies documented rules, past practices, or instruction on an independent level.
· Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is difficult or complex.
· May provide general guidance to others and train lower level employees.
